Mindful Eating
Do not join those who drink too much wine or gorge themselves on meat, for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags. – Proverbs 23:20-21.
Although we love food, and eating is enjoyable; a meal or meals forfeited for fasting purposes bring blessings to the entire body. A few days of fasting takes the body into the state of autophagy. This cell renewal process has been scientifically proven to be most beneficial.
The physical rewards of fasting and prayer are fantastic enough, but even deserving of greater accolades are the spiritual rewards of this ancient and Biblically endorsed method of spiritual healing and emotional well-being.
The guidebook: “Fasting Treasures & Prayer Freedom” will shed light on many things taken for granted, when it pertains to the health of the body, rekindling of the spirit and the protection of the soul.
Don’t keep on living a life where your soul is in jeopardy, your spirit is starved and contending for survival, but your stomach is always filled to the brim.
The common reality for too many people, is a heart temporarily contented with worldly offerings and a mind polluted with filth, commonly accepted as entertainment. This is a gross imbalance. I can assure you that spiritual deprivation is real and far worse than any form of physical starvation. The Word/Bible of God speaks strongly against all forms of gluttony and the acts of the flesh.

How to fast, types of fasts, what to do, what not to do, fast preparation, what to expect, and disciplining the flesh, are but just a few of the valuable informational gems presented in “Fasting Treasures & Prayer Freedom.”
‘Live to eat and not eat to live,’ is the well-known adage. Science has given indisputable evidence that times of fasting are restorative to the physical body. With all the factual scientific studies on the benefits of fasting, none can ever take pre-eminence over the wisdom of the human Creator, who gave the law of fasting to His children.
The manufacturer knows best how his product should be utilized. When it pertains to the man (human), God the Creator was aware that fasting would be healing and rejuvenating to His creation and called on all those who identify as His own to regularly fast and pray.
